Tower Cam 2
The picture is taken with a Ubiquiti AirCam mounted at approximately 15 foot up the tower. The view is towards the north-west. When it's clear, you can barely see a cell tower in the middle of the frame. After dark, the blinking red light shows as a dot.

How the weather data gets here-
The weather data is extracted from Cumulus (sandaysoft.com) to a text file every 10 minutes and automatically transfered to a different computer running BlueIris (blueirissoftware.com). BlueIris overlays the text file on the image and FTPs the picture to the webserver every 30 minutes.
